Thank you Push Back for your leadership. I was honored to be included on the CONVERSATION FOR JUSTICE program held at New Shiloh Christian Church last night. Let's continue the constructive--and sometimes difficult--discussion and now follow through and create the "WE" actions necessary for immediate and long term positive improvements. We MUST. ... I've gotten to know this man and am proud to call him friend. He loves his community and will make an awesome leader. He works hard and puts people first. He is kind and compassionate but not afraid to ssf speak up. A vote for him is a vote for you.
You've got my vote!
Is it true that Daniel is “married” to a man, and says that he is Catholic?
"I am committed, even If I’m not elected to the City Council, I will continue to serve as your Chair of the Parks and Recreation Committee. Either way, I’m determined to start a dialogue with the City Council about developing a plan to protect our natural resources for the long term. West Melbourne can lead the way! Our city can become the largest in the county to adopt a resolution with the goal of getting 100% of our electricity from renewable sources by 2050. Satellite Beach has adopted this pledge, as have cities all across the nation. To be clear, adopting sustainable policies should spread benefits across the city, not new cost.” ... See MoreSee Less
When solar is wiped out by a hurricane and FPL has shut capacity where do we go?
You need a 1:1 ratio of square footage for solar so natural areas will be covered with solar. The entire SE USA is unsuitable for wind powered per DOE. Tide power is insufficient here. How will you do this. FPL solar plants provide power at 1:1 only on a cloudless day
We can have great city infrastructure without increasing taxes. My entire career was about lowering cost and increasing revenue. I'm committed to having West Melbourne achieve this goal. An updated 20 year plan should ensure all areas of the city are being considered, not just the new developments. We can build a future that is efficient and sustainable, equitable and effective. And as we face the challenges of Covid-19, let's be proactive when it comes to fiscal accountability. ... See MoreSee Less
Your other FB ad said "Lower Taxes". Now this one says spend more money. Just give me a plan on how the money will be spent and where the money will come from.
Details on what ideas you have, rather than words. I think one thing we have learned through covid is that we do not trust elected officials because words are cheap and you don't listen to us. Give us details so we can actually know what you want to do. Im done listening to, here is what I want to do, but I'm not going to tell you.
You want to be proactive, we are listening, so tell us. Otherwise you are no different from the others.
Every post I've seen he gives no details
Waiting for details yet again
Define great. A tiny bit of detail. An inkling
We need representatives with integrity and compassion to help us move forward as a community. From what I’ve seen, you’re also a terrific planner. You’ve got my vote!!
What's your plan the replace the development fees that are quickly diminishing as we are finishing building out the city? Those fees are what has kept taxes as low as they are.
I don't need a private discussion. Put it out in public where it belongs. I have begged for this. If I share your views you'll get my vote. If not you won't. I suspect others are waiting for more than platitudes
How long have you lived in West Melbourne?
Waiting on specifics
All I see is someone that I have never heard of asking for my vote. I live in West Melbourne and I have never seen a thing about any of the candidates. It is like they want us to vote blind.
